Can I change a thumbnail on a video?
Right now it is showing a black screen, is there a way to add a thumbnail image from my video as the cover instead of a black screen?

We NEED this function in Rise - so much more work to edit each video first and upload. Would save so much time to just be able to upload a thumbnail cover!

Same. The education in Rise does not look consistent with video images all at different spots in the video. Thanks.

Just adding my name to the list of people who need this functionality.

Hi Articulate team,
Can you give us a position regarding this request? It is really important and we need that.
Hello, Andressa. This feature isn't on our immediate roadmap right now.

Any progress on this? Your player may have this already built-in (<video controls poster="/">) and the devs would only need to link up the front end to allow the image upload.

Also agree with above, we need this basic functionality ASAP.

I agree with the above, this needs to be added ASAP.

Agree with all the above. Trimming the video is not a solution. My .mp4 file does contain my pick frame for the "preview" which I selected in Premiere, but it is not recognized by Rise 360 so I'm having the same problem. Please add the video cover feature on Rise 360. Thanks!

I agree with all the above. Most video platforms allow you to upload or select a thumbnail.

AGREED! We need the ability to either upload or choose a thumbnail from somewhere in the video. That or allow for embedding the video from somewhere like Wistia where we have already chosen a thumbnail!
