Can I do a voiceover in Rise 360 or do I have to do it in Storyline?

I would like to do a voice over that plays automatically when the section opens. Is that possible or does it always have to be activated by a play button. It feels like I will have to build my learn...

Hi Tori,

As Natalie mentioned, your audio won't play automatically, so learners must click the play button to listen to the narration. 

We have a feature request, though, to allow audio and video to play automatically.  We don't have an ETA yet for this, but I'll make sure to update this thread if we hear any news of this feature from our team.

    Hi Christopher, has the feature of automatic voiceover when clicking continue been created?

    Also: if I record audio over a video (the video had no audio prior to posting in Articulate) does the user need to click twice? once for video and once for audio?

      Hi Michael! We don't have an update yet for the audio and video autoplay option in Rise. We'll post updates to this thread as soon as one is available.

      As for your other query, there isn't a way to record audio over a video in Rise 360. If you add a Multimedia > Audio block before or after a Multimedia > Video block, the audio and video in your Rise course will not play simultaneously even if the video doesn't contain any audio.
