Can I use code to change color

Hi, I tested a javascript code outside articulate and it worked, was wondering if this is possible within articulate.  I have  a javascript code that pushes parameter to url. Within articulate (using javascript in there), is it possible to create an if statement, where if the url has "blue", I can change articulate text to blue?

Not sure if articulate allows me to change color of text/background/buttons with JavaScript

      Can you tell me which article you recommend for me? I spent days trying to troubleshoot the issue.
