Can Rise be purchased separately?

Can Rise be purchased separately?

  • Hi Dorte! Thanks for checking out Rise.com.

A plan with Rise.com would include all of the people you wanted to have in the learning process, including course authors, learners, and admins! At this time, Articulate won't be offering authoring licenses that include only Rise 360.

  • Hi,

Just an update to this thread - it looks like Rise is available as a standalone product now - not sure if it's through Articulate or not, as it just says "Rise", and you pay based on team size, starting at $400 per month for up to 100 people. Which is only 4/month per user if you actually have 100 people. Weird pricing model,  definitely looks like the same Rise as Articulate Rise, but looks to have some kind of LMS built in as well.

I saw that too. The integration is a nice idea but I can't even consider it until they make Rise accessible. Articulate is way behind on this and already expecting to have to rebuild anything in Rise toward the end of this year if they are on track to meet their announcement to make Rise accessible by the end of this year.

I'd like to chime in with a request for separating Rise from the Articulate 360 package.

  • Hi Kishore!

Rise.com is an all-in-one online training system that gives you one place to create, track, manage, and analyze your training. Rise.com includes all the authoring functionality from Rise 360, plus a library of pre-built lessons on common business topics and sample courses. Once you’ve created a course, you can enroll learners, track their progress, and analyze training effectiveness—all within Rise.com.

In short, Rise 360 lets you create courses only. Rise.com lets you create, distribute, track, and analyze courses.

  • Hi there....just wondering if a team articulate 360 account also includes the use of rise.com as the LMS?? Or does rise.com need a separate subscription?

    Ta muchly!

  • Hi Charlotte!

Rise.com is a separate standalone product. This is not included in the Articulate 360 subscription.

Hello - hoping to resurrect this thread.

I understand that Rise.com is a separate standalone product, which may be ideal for our team of content authors.

Question: our L&D team (separate to authors) already have articulate 360. If content is created using Rise.com, can our L&D team use tools in articulate 360 to edit Rise.com-created content,  if needed?

It's unlikely that we can justify getting additional seats for articulate 360 for the content authors as it would be overkill (they only need Rise 360 functionality).

    Thanks very much.

Hi, Fareez! Thanks for chiming in.

Rise.com  is an all-in-one solution that includes all the authoring functionality from Rise 360, and gives you a place to host your training, track learner progress, and analyze training effectiveness.  If your content authors are creating courses for specific groups of learners (departments, external users, etc), and the content doesn’t need to be hosted in an LMS, Rise.com is the perfect option.

Right now, we don’t have any plans to offer Rise 360 as a standalone authoring tool.

If you are using both Articulate 360 and Rise.com, you can transfer courses from Rise 360 to Rise.com. However, it isn’t possible the other way around.

If you have more questions about Rise.com, please feel free reach out to our Rise specialists here

So does this mean that courses created in Rise.com can ONLY be hosted in Rise.com, and cannot be published to an external LMS?

  • With the continued increase in pricing for the Articulate licenses and the removal of bulk discounts and discounts for long-term contracts, is offering Rise as a standalone a possibility for the future?
