Can someone please help me with a text export? I get a error everytime..

Hello, can somebody please help me out with the exporting of my text from Articulate Storyline to Word? I'm getting a constant error of the RPC-server is not available.

Thanks for sharing your file with our Support team. I'm replying publicly so we can share insight with others who see this error and land on this discussion!

  • Issue: We found that exporting to Word can fail due to numerous slides/text-heavy content in Storyline 360.
  • Workaround: For now, you can:
    1. Split the project into multiple parts by doing a Save As on the original .story file to reduce the number of slides.
    2. Export and translate the translation documents and then import them into the original .story file.
