Can we set up re-enrollments or reset a learners status?
Hi RFerguson!
Happy to share some insight on this!
Currently, Reach 360 does not support automatic re-enrollment of learners, after completion or at expiration. I understand having that level of functionality can benefit you, so I've shared this as a feature request with our product team!
Also, if you are updating the content from your existing training, you'll need to republish the project so that learners can see the reflected changes. Here's how:
- Select the training to access the training details.
- Select Publish Updates to open the Publish Course window.
- Review the publish settings as detailed in the previous section, making any changes as necessary.
- Select Publish.
Learners won't be notified when the training is updated, so you'll have to let them know there are changes. They will remain enrolled in the course, so there is no need to re-enroll them.
Please let me know if you need anything else!

Thanks StevenBenassi
Just a follow on question, are we able to update a learners completion date if they complete the newer version of the course?
I see that Reach 360 tracks their last activity but the certificate date still reflects the first time they completed this. What I was also hoping for was the ability to manually update the course and certificate with the learners new completion date.
Cheers

Hi RFerguson,
I'm happy to jump in here!
Here's how to mark a course complete:
- Navigate to the individual learner's report.
- Expand the record for the training you want to mark as complete.
- Select 'Mark as complete'.
- Select the calendar icon to choose a completion date (if other than the current date).
- Enter the time it took the learner to complete the training (this must be at least 1 minute and will be added to any current activity).
- If required, enter a quiz score.
- Select 'Mark as complete' to finish.
Once marked as complete, the learner can download the completion certificate from their Reach 360 dashboard. Please let me know if you have any questions!
