Outage Status Page Anywhere?
Does RISE 360 have a status outage page anywhere (as I would expect to find for cloud software)?
Have been attempting to access RISE for 45 minutes to obtain access, two different browsers.

Thanks for sharing this and for flagging the delay. You’re right that there was an outage earlier that affected access to some Articulate 360 products. Our team was already working with our cloud service provider when those early reports appeared, and we updated the Articulate Status page as soon as we confirmed the impact.
Everything is more stable now, and we’re continuing to monitor closely. I’m sorry to hear this caused disruption, and I really appreciate you taking the time to let us know.

Same here, I'm in NYC and no access in the last hour.
Hi, Diane and Sandra. The Rise 360 dashboard is not loading for some users, but Rise 360 Share links are still working. You can follow our status page for updates by clicking here. I'll also update you here once the situation is resolved. So sorry for the trouble!

What's the point in having a status page when you clearly keep the truth from people and don't admit when you are having issues?

(Just found this though - before I saw your posts.) Good news, everyone! The Rise 360 dashboard should load correctly again. Thanks for your patience with us, and we're monitoring the situation carefully.

Thank you! Yes, we received your timely Status email updates at 6am EST this morning.
And also saw all over the news that Amazon's AWS was intermittent...and assumed today would have some challenges for most companies using a cloud platform.
