can you get it back once you publish it??

Want to give my HR team a chance to try out my elearning but if i hit publish...will i be able to get it back to make changes?

Great analogy with the baked cake! I thought I saved it before publishing. Most of my courses were there when I reloaded Articulate, but this one was missing.
