Can you import a RISE 360 course into Storyline 360?
Is there a video to demo this process? I'm unable to make this work.
Hi Christopher,
Happy to help!
Can I ask which part of the process you are having difficulties with so we can assist you? If you're following Maria's instructions, you'll first need to upload your published Rise 360 course to a web server. You can also use Amazon S3 to host your course as an alternative if you don't have access to a web server for hosting.
Once you've uploaded the course to a web server, take the link to access the index.html file of the Rise 360 course and add it as a web object in Storyline 360.
You'll see your Rise 360 course load as a web object after you publish the Storyline 360 project.

Hi Jose, it looks like JohnMorgan said there's an option to pull a web object that's saved to your hard drive. How do you import this if it's only on the hard drive? I do not see the option when I browse for the .zip or extracted files.

Hi AlixGrotewold,
Thanks for reaching out!
- Just to clarify, are you looking to include a Rise 360 course as a web object in Storyline 360 as a web object?
- Do you have your files saved to your downloads or another folder? When I tested this on my end, my Rise 360 Web Publish was originally located in my downloads folder. I'm curious if perhaps the location of the file is somewhere else on your hard drive!
I'd be happy to take a closer look at your .zip file in this thread or privately in a support case so we can continue troubleshooting!
Looking forward to hearing from you!
