Can you place a drop shadow on a scaled video?
I know how to get a drop shadow on a shape or text, but when I try it on a video I place on the slide, the controls to add a drop shadow appear to be locked and don't allow it. Is this possible or ...

You could fake it a bit...what about adding a shape behind the video? You could color it and such to make it look like a shadow - or even place a shape directly behind the video and apply the shadow or such to the shape itself? Just playing around with it a bit on my own, I can see the shadow, although it needs a bit of finessing in terms of making it look good - but the basic concept works.
