Can you place a drop shadow on a scaled video?
I know how to get a drop shadow on a shape or text, but when I try it on a video I place on the slide, the controls to add a drop shadow appear to be locked and don't allow it. Is this possible or ...

Please submit this as Ashley suggests. It would be a great feature.
In the mean time, could you:
- Scale your video
- Insert a shape directly on top of the video (exact dimensions)
- Apply drop shadow to the shape
- Send the shape to the back, behind the video
It's not adding a drop shadow to the video, but it may give you the visual effect that you're looking for.
Unfortunately I do not have a way to test this out. I am playing at the beach today. So, please let me know if it works.
