Can you share working Rise file with other developer?
hi, my colleague and i are working on the same project, therefore we are working together in building the Rise modules - i am working on content development, and she is working on the assessment questions.
Can we actually share the working file?

Hi John,
We're working on a "Collaborators" feature that will allow you to share a Rise course with another 360 Teams member (in your team or another team), and that'll be ready sometime in Q1 - so soon! We'll keep you posted once that's released but our team is hard at work on it!

Like Leslie, our team is looking for an update on this feature. We are now in Q2, so any news would be helpful. As of right now we are no using Rise for course development on our team because work cannot be shared with the team.

Hi - almost end of Q1 - any new ETA on this new feature.
Hi Jesse,
Thanks for checking in! The ability to transfer courses to another user is a feature we'll have rolled out later this month (April) and then the collaborators feature which would allow you to work on a Rise course together is also coming soon.

With Rise being a cloud-based platform, it would be essential to have team collaboration. I would also argue the need for a broader collaborative option for use within the Articulate community. We have a great need for this feature...yesterday. You all are doing GREAT, VERY excited for this specific feature to be roll out. Thank you!

HI Ashley,
We too are interested in this feature and are wondering when it will be released. Also, is this specifically for the Team Package of 360 or will you be able to share them with an individual lisc as well?
Any information would be much appreciated!
Soon you'll be able to send a copy of your Rise course to another user (so you'd each have separate copies) and we're working on a feature for 360 Teams accounts where you could collaborate on the same Rise course together.
So lots of good stuff coming your way in Rise soon! You can always check the Rise Version history and Release notes to see what was released recently.

For the "send a copy of your Rise course" feature, is the end of April date that you mentioned before still going to happen?
Hello Jesse! We are excited about this feature as well and our team is still doing some final work on this, which is due for release this quarter.
Be sure to keep an eye on our 'What's New' page.

Okay, thanks Leslie. It would still be great to know the plan, because until that feature is released our team will not be able to use the Rise software.

Feature has been added! Very helpful. Thanks, Articulate!
Thanks for popping in with an update Jesse :)
For others following along, you can check out the update here.

Thank you!! Though not fully collaborative, the new feature of "send a copy" could be deemed as a "workaround" for team collaboration. We are looking forward to having true collaboration with Rise. Keep up the great work Articulate!!

Hi,
This is the first time we are working on the rise modules in a collaborative account. Could you please let us know how to share a module with other team members?
Regards,
Anitta
Hi Anitta! So happy to hear you're taking advantage of the collaboration features that Articulate 360 for Teams has to offer. Check out this article on working with other Teams subscribers on your Rise projects.
Let me know if you have any questions!
