Can you shuffle the slide order for question slides drawn from multiple question banks?

I'm creating a course that requires the learner to sort documents into three separate categories.  The course will be an annual requirement, and the information is relatively stable, so I want to set it up so I don't have to update it every year.  

Is there a way to draw questions from three separate question banks, and then shuffle those questions so that the same category isn't always in the same spot in the question order (e.g., Cat-A on the first two slides, Cat-B on the third, and Cat-C the fourth).  

I'm up for any solution...even really creative ones!
