Cannot change image size (25%, 75%, 100%)
Please look at the attachment. As you can see, in the same project, some images I can change the size, but others I cannot. No idea why. HELP!

Those are two separate blocks. Generally the image blocks don't have a size option.
The block with the sizing options isn't to resize the image. Instead it's to state the percentage of text-to-image and whether it is left or right. For example, do you want 75% text and 25% image? By selecting a percentage it will size the image up or down to match the percentage selected.
