Cannot Edit AI Generated Lesson Descriptions

I created a course with AI and was previewing my final product. There are lesson descriptions I cannot see unless I am previewing. I cannot edit them since I cannot even see them in Edit mode. I even went to the AI outline and deleted them but they are still there. Any ideas? See attached.
