Cannot load PowerPoint into storyline 360 application

My team is having the same issue. I am currently working on a slide deck that will not import into Storyline and has been spinning for the last 30 minutes.

The first step is always to close and restart SL. If that doesn't help, turn off and restart your computer. One of those two steps almost always clears up that error.
