Cannot record audio in RISE graphic marker

Hi Crystal,

Yeah, Ive had our IT look at it also.
We’ve tried using Rise on 3 different browsers.
Explorer doesn’t even give me the option to record audio.
Chrome has a button for ‘record audio’ but nothing happens when I click it.
And the final browser (I don’t recall the name right now but can get that to you if it helps) would open a tab when I clicked ‘record audio’. Allow me to record, but when I stopped recording, the audio would disappear and I am unable to use it.

I am not having issues with any other of the Articulate software when it comes to recording.
