Cannot View photos on Rise 360
When trying to insert photos on Rise 360, I cannot view the preview of the photos, only a box with "thumb nail" written. The pictures do not open.

It sounds like when you are trying to insert images from the Rise 360 Content Library, you are seeing icons, and not the actual images.
