Can't Add Content to a new Lesson in Rise

I have a Rise course that appears to have some issues with the calculation of the results (always returning 86% even when all questions are answered correctly) so I thought I'd recreate the quiz and...

I am experiencing the same issue and have tried to resolve on multiple browsers. :(

    Can confirm that the ADD Content button currently does not function.

    When clicked, the three options appear: Lesson, Business Content, and Quiz.

    However, when any of these 3 options is clicked, Rise does nothing and goes back to the ADD CONTENT button.
