Can't advance in RISE branched course.
Hi everyone,
I've created a RISE course with branches. Branch 1 is in English (the first 8 lessons) and Branch 2 is in Spanish (the second 8 lessons). Each branch contains a number of quizzes. After completing the first Spanish quiz, I received a message that I can't advance until I complete the previous English quizzes.
In short, it wont let me advance if I havent taken all of the previous quizzes from the other branch. Any ideas how to override this without allowing users to advance with a failing grade?

AdamGagne-a6114: Best guess: Is the course set to restricted navigation?
If so, that might be the problem. I'm also guessing you branch to the Spanish lessons/quizzes using button blocks. At the end of the first Spanish Quiz, the program could be recognizing that the course is restricted, and that's why it wants you to complete previous content.
So, first, be sure restricted navigation is off.
If that's not the problem, I suggest you contact support directly: https://access.articulate.com/support/contact

Have you used a dedicated quiz lesson? If you have, and the quiz doesn't needed to be recorded, it may be simpler to use a standard lesson screen and drop the question assets in there, as these screens behave without any navigation restrictions.
