Can't advance to the next slide after drag and drop

Hi Jessica.  I'm happy to see Michael's suggestions have you on the right track. After looking over your Story file, I realized you could do away with much of the triggers you have in place and let the Drag & Drop interaction really do its thing by simply adding feedback indicators (X's and checkmarks) within the Drop Incorrect and Drop Correct states, respectively. This simple addition would do away with the need for those Try Again and Correct layers which can be a bit jarring and, frankly, needless, IMO.

In the SL file attached, I created a duplicate slide titled "REVISED" so you can note the proposed changes.

**Update: Just noted that you did indeed have a custom Hover state in place. To have SL create this effect natively (i.e., w/o the need of dedicated triggers), I simply renamed the state to Hover. Curious why you went the custom route initially...?
