Can't change background color ONLY in the "Labeled Graphic" Interactive block, Rise 360
Hi Articulate,
This issue just began a few days ago. Only in the "Labeled Graphic" interactive block in Rise 360, the background color cannot be changed in the "Style" tab, "Custom" choice. And my delete key doesn't work to remove the 00000 and enter my hex number. All other blocks work fine. How can this be fixed? Please see screenshot. Thank you!

Good day! We released a new update for Rise 360, which fixes the problem you encountered where users cannot type the hex code in a Labeled graphic's style color settings. There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available.

This is what I'm seeing:
- I can delete the default 00000
- I cannot enter my own hex number
- I cannot click on the DONE button.

Sorry to hear you've run into this setback, working with Labeled Graphics in Rise 360!
I can confirm we have this behavior logged as a bug in Rise 360. This bug prevents authors from modifying the custom color (Hex) field for Labeled Graphics. I've included you both in the bug report, so we can notify you as soon as a fix is in place! In the meantime, as a workaround we suggest:
- Copying the Hex code from another source.
- Double-click the existing Hex code in the Block, and paste the copied Hex code.
- Once pasted, the color will apply.
- Click anywhere outside of the custom color menu to save your changes, and close the window.
