Can't delete a trigger
Hi. I have a trigger on a base slide that I can't seem to delete. I couldn't figure out why it was not working so I thought I'd delete it and re-create it, but when I click on the trigger the delete option is grayed out. I can edit it, or copy it, but cannot delete.
Any suggestions?

I was running into this same problem and used Barbara Martins solution of creating an extra object to assign the trigger to then deleting the object (in this case a rectangle). Worked like a charm!
This is still a daft issue. Basically if you have a submit button created and create a Freeform slide, then you remove the Freeform element, you are left wit ha Submit trigger set to Unassigned that cannot be deleted unless you delete the button.
