Hello, when I go to download a character to import it into my presentation in 360, it starts like it's going to download but then I get an orange circle with an exclamation point in it. It doesn't do or say anything else.
This function worked previously so i am unsure what to do. Any thoughts?

It sounds like someone in your organization may have updated your network settings which caused Articulate's endpoints to become inaccessible. As a troubleshooting step, please ask them to ensure that all the endpoints listed here are reachable so all network features and services will work properly.
