    Thanks for reaching out! I want to confirm that an orange circle with an exclamation point will appear if you are disconnected from Articulate 360. 

    As a first step, I recommend checking your team's network endpoints to ensure Articulate 360 runs smoothly.

    If you're still having trouble downloading characters in Storyline 360 after checking your connection, we'd be happy to take a closer look at your setup in a support case.
