Can't edit Question Bank draw within Quiz lesson
I have a course with a Quiz lesson - there's one 'draw from question bank' entered.
When I just click 'Draw 5 questions...' Rise encounters an error: "Something went wrong". I've tried the same process on other courses which didn't previously have any issues and get the same outcome. This was fine before the latest update.
I asked a colleague to check on another different course and they experienced the same error.
Anyone else?

Hi Dan! I'm sorry we missed you here. We had a temporary bug where adding a draw from your questions banks caused this error to appear.
It's fixed now, but if you have any other trouble, you can connect with us directly in a case!

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. I did a quick test on my end to see if I'll encounter the same behavior but Rise 360 appears to be working properly for me. We also don't have any outages being monitored on our status page.
Since these incidents appear to be isolated, please try the following steps to fix the issue:
- Clear your browser's cache.
- Toggle any VPNs on/off if applicable.
- Ensure that your network can connect to Articulate's endpoints. You may need assistance from your IT staff to perform this check.
If the issue persists, please open a case with our support team here so we can check for other possible causes and fixes.
