Can't figure out how to remove automated scroll bar appearing in Accessibility Text
Yes, the first thing I did when I noticed the scroll bar was there was to try making the text box taller and wider. When that didn't work, I adjusted the settings to allow overflow. The scroll bar still showed up in Review 360 and when published. The scroll bar would randomly show up on titles and text that had been fine on previous reviews. It sometimes shows up on shapes as well. The settings I put seem to change regardless of saving.
Oh, I had gone into Storyline Options> Features> and unchecked the box under Text labeled "Use upgraded text for new projects." For new project files, I don't see the option for scroll bars anymore. So if that wasn't the setting, what did I do?
I'm working with someone in support for a couple other issues (1) timeline auto truncating to 5 sec on all slides I import into new projects regardless of what is on the timeline, (2) line spacing on text auto changing in all imported slides which now has to be manually fixed. It's been been a real hoot working in Storyline lately...
But yes, I will open another support case. Thank you.
