Can't get icons to load in Presenter
I'm trying to add icons to my PPT from the icon library but every time I try to add certain ones, I receive a message stating "We're sorry, something went wrong with Articulate Presenter and it might close." I can add some icons but not the ones I need. Any ideas on what's causing this?
I've tried this and it didn't work.
- In PowerPoint, go to the File tab on the ribbon and click Options.
- Select the Add-Ins tab on the left side of the window that appears.
- Go to the Manage drop-down again, and select COM Add-ins and click Go.
- Uncheck Articulate Presenter IPC Handler.
Close PowerPoint and reopen PowerPoint. Repeat steps 1-4 but this time make sure to check Articulate Presenter IPC Handler.

I appreciate you sharing what you've already walked through to solve this. I'd love to help you sort this!
Let's start with these tactics to help us explore further:
- Is this happening with multiple Presenter files? If so, a simple Studio 360 repair should do the trick!
- Can I confirm that you're working on a local hard drive? Working on a shared drive can cause such behavior, so I always like to rule that out as the culprit!
I'm staying tuned for your response so we can get to the bottom of this!
