Thanks for reaching out! It looks like you connected with my teammate, Gerald, and after a disk cleanup and software reinstall, you were able to hear the audio again.

That is correct, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and kept having the same issue. After many attempts I ran disk cleanup after uninstalling, then reinstalled and rebooted and was then able to hear the audio through timeline player.
