Can't log In to Articulate 360

Hi,

I am no longer able to sign in to my Articulate account.  Every time I try to sign in, I get the message that "You're being redirected to your web browser to sign in."   But the web browser never pops up.  Microsoft Edge is my default and only browser.

I've tried to reinstall and clean remaining files as others have suggested.  Once I reinstalled Articulate 360.   Please help?  I have deadlines that need to be met and I can't even access the app.

    Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag. 

    This article lists possible causes of your inability to log in to Articulate 360. You should also test the behavior using other browsers since the problem might be specific to your Microsoft Edge installation. Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are browsers you can try installing to see if this fixes the issue, just don't forget to set them as the default browsers to allow the web browser sign-in to use these browsers instead of Edge. 

    If the issue persists after testing on other browsers, please open a case with our support team here so we can check what's preventing the web browser sign-in from succeeding.
