Can't open course in Rise
When I was working Saturday night, it appeared an update started at 10 pm est. Today I tried to open my course and get the account status. I don't see a way to get back to my course. What do I need ...
Thank you. I think something is going on with my Chrome. I'm able to open and work using Edge and Chrome Incognito--but regular Chrome isn't working for some reason. I updated hoping for good results but no luck.
Hi Lynn! If your course is working in other browsers and Chrome incognito, you can try the following:
- Clear your browser cache.
- Check if you have browser plug-ins in Chrome that may be causing the issue.
