Can't open Player Settings in Storyline

Hi, I am experiencing a similar issue, replicates with all files. I can see an invisible box outlined on my second monitor but I cannot click it, resize it, or move it.

What I found that worked for me is whenever I want to open the Player Tab, I move Storyline over to the monitor that I saw the invisible box and then open the Player Tab. The box, for some reason, now appears just fine. I hope that helps!
