Can't open Storyline projects
Hello,
I had been using Storyline on a previous computer that was replaced and have not been able to open the files in Storyline since being reinstalled. Says the files are corrupt or were created...
Same issue when attempting to re-open a project from last month. No files were found in the suggested folder option #1 from above. This is a huge issue where I now have to recreate the entire file from scratch?

Good call trying the troubleshooting steps above. I'm sorry to hear you weren't able to locate your file that way and understand how frustrating that can be. It's possible the file is corrupt. If you're comfortable sharing your .Story file here or privately in a support case, I'd be happy to try to open it on my end. We'll delete it from our systems after we're done.
