Can't Publish to Review 360 in Storyline
I have been trying for a week to publish files to Review 360.
Whenever I open the Publish window and click the Review 360 tab, it doesn't load. I just continually shows the "loading" icon (see attached).
Is anyone else having this issue?

Can you access Review 360 directly and view already-published files? If nothing else, checking this will verify whether or not you're properly signed in.
Another consideration: Has your IT pushed any security updates recently? There could be an issue with the network endpoints. (For reference: Articulate 360 Network Endpoints - Articulate Support )
Other than that troubleshooting, if the problem persists, I suggest you contact Articulate support directly: https://access.articulate.com/support/contact

Thanks for your help. I can access Rview 360 directly. I can also publish Rise products to Review 360. The issue seems isolated to the Storyline Publish tab.

I'm sorry to hear you're hitting this snag. I'm glad to see that Judy has already chimed in. I'm happy to add some troubleshooting steps as well!
We can also check if you're working on your local drive. Working on a network drive can cause erratic behavior. If the problem still happens, please try running these steps to fix possible installation issues.
We'd be glad to investigate further if the problem persists. Would you be willing to share your Storyline file with us so we can look at what you have set up? You may also share it privately by sending it along in a support case. We'll delete it when we're done testing.
