Can't switch to the Classic Menu in Storyline
I was testing changing settings in Storyline for options with no menu & controls as we will be using it in Rise as a block and will be using buttons to direct navigation for a choose-your-own-advent...

Creating a new project, uses Modern Player and Streaming Video by default. You need to first select Static Video from within the Quality dialog in the publish dialog and then you can change it back to Classic Player. Here's a recording which shows how to switch back to the Classic player.
