Caption Display - Inconsistent across platforms and devices

Thanks for following up! The original case identified two separate behaviors:

• Caption sizing and placement can vary across browsers, devices, screen resolutions, and playback environments
• There was also a possible issue identified where overlapping timestamps in some .srt files could cause caption lines to be skipped during import

One thing to keep in mind is that the potential import issue was separate from the display inconsistencies themselves. For display behavior, .vtt files may help since they support additional formatting and positioning metadata that .srt files do not.
