Captions for Videos in Review 360
No, it's an MP4 I've loaded into Review. The video is there, but I don't see a way to at captions to it.
This is an example, not the actual video. But the same situation applies. I can't add captions to it.

The answer is no, you can't add captions. When you select upload, it only allows you to select a video file, and not an associated captions file (VTT, SRT). Some apps will automatically load the captions if the captions file has the same name as the video file. As the upload only allows you to select video, there is no way to get the captions up there, and there are no tools to generate captions in R360.
You could enable comments and add the video transcript to a comment, but I think the best option is to place the video into a Storyline file, add the captions, add the transcript to the Notes field (and enable notes via the player) and then publish to R360. A few more steps unfortunately.
I think this is an accessibility feature that is missing (same with Peek videos). I would recommend reporting this issue to Articulate.
