Capture user's position on the embedded video to resume

I am tasked with creating a Storyline course that incorporates embedded videos. However, I have noticed that when users pause a video on one slide and then resume playback, the video starts from the beginning rather than from where they left off. After conducting further research, I have discovered that Storyline does not retain the user's position within the video on the slide. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or solutions to this issue.

    Hi Naresh,

    I'm sorry you're hitting this snag. I'd like to start with some troubleshooting questions, so we can better understand what's happening and make better recommendations.

    Do you:

    1. Pause the video and then resume playback without leaving the slide?
    2. Pause the video, go to another slide, then go back to the original slide to resume playback?
    3. Pause the video, and exit the course. Restart the course.
