I'm sorry you're hitting this snag. I'd like to start with some troubleshooting questions, so we can better understand what's happening and make better recommendations.
Do you:
- Pause the video and then resume playback without leaving the slide?
- Pause the video, go to another slide, then go back to the original slide to resume playback?
- Pause the video, and exit the course. Restart the course.
