General onboarding to individual LMS profiles

We are wanting to develop our onboarding path on storyline. 

We are hoping that we can make an onboarding process that users can put their name and email in and it will somehow link their progress and completion to their LMS profile.

Eg. Hi welcome on your first day. Your onboarding journey will explain to you things like places to park, who our directors are and what compliance training you need to complete.

The compliance training will be different for leaders and non leaders - will we need to have 2 onboarding pathways for that or can we alter that in one pathway?

Is it at all possible to integrate individual LMS user profiles into the general onboarding process for everyone?

What's the best way to combat this plan please?
