Prev button not working in Storyline
I created a guided image project using Storyline. Even though it shows Next and Prev buttons, the user can only navigate forward. The Prev button remains inactive.
Help! I need the viewer to be able to navigate back and forth thru this image.

Thanks so much for reaching out! I was able to replicate this same behavior on my end where the Prev button was not available in Storyline 360.
I have two workarounds I'd like to walk you through within this quick 2-minute Peek!
For your reference, here are the two workarounds I share:
Workaround 1
Insert a trigger into the slide that includes the Engage Interaction so that the Previous button is set to Normal when the timeline starts on this slide.
Workaround 2
Insert a brand new slide prior to the Engage Interaction slide so that the Previous button becomes active.
Attached, you'll find an updated copy of your .story file, where I have included the two workarounds.
