Allen Interactions used to have one on bus driving you could look at. It was created in SL

"Railroad Safety for Professional School Bus Drivers" is a course Allen Interactions developed for Operation Lifesaver quite a while ago. You can access the latest version here:

The audience is school bus drivers who need to learn safe driving procedures at rail crossings. The learner is placed behind the wheel of the vehicle as it travels down a road.
I used to use this example and others from Allen Interactions in eLearning demos I would conduct LONG before Storyline 1 was released in 2012.
