Thank you for the sample file - this was helpful to confirm what I am looking for in terms of functionality. Is there also a way for the learner to easily download/print the summary of those responses (from the summary slide that displays all inputs) in a PDF friendly format? Thank you!

There isn't a direct way to download/print a PDF of the responses, so we recommend including the variables on the slide and use javascript to print the slide.
