Case #01252504. Completion status is not updated in 2nd attempt in Moodle LMS.
Issue Description:
Case 1:
When a learner fails the assessment and closes the browser while on the failed results screen, reopening the course places the learner on Question 3 or 4 in Review Mode. From this point, the learner is able to re-attempt the remaining questions and submit correct answers.
Case 2:
When a learner re-attempts the assessment from the failed results screen and subsequently passes, the completion status is not updated in Moodle. The completion status is recorded correctly only when the learner passes the assessment on the first attempt.(We are not selecting the “start new attempt” option)
