Catherine needs tech help with trial version
Good morning. I am trying to add characters, and keep getting a red X that says the image can't be displayed. Is there a restriction on the type of pose or something? Note: working on a trial version.

Hey flowersdevbloom (love the username, by the way!)—sorry for the delay in getting back to you, my team has been out on holiday over the last week.
You've posted this in our Welcome Center, which is typically where folks who are new to the community are going to go to introduce themselves to other members. To help this reach the right folks, I'm going to go ahead and move it over to our product forum instead. That way it'll be more likely to get seen by folks who can help you troubleshoot, we even have a team who moderates there.
In the meantime, I wonder if you could share any more information on the image you were trying to get to display? Were you trying to use built-in characters or upload your own? If the latter, can you share some details on the file (type & dimensions) so we can see if there are any immediate issues that jump out based on our file requirements. There are some details on file format requirements here in this article that might start pointing you in the right direction.
