Hi Sarita,
In our organization we have created a customized Rise course that serves as the master course development template for the entire organization.
We have set up the corporate branding which includes the course cover image, fonts, custom color, navigation settings, and labels.
When a new Rise project is launched, I make a copy of the course, assign the team members as collaborators, and then start development.
We have created customized Block Templates for each block type that we use. These blocks have been formatted and styled according to the organization visual style guide. So text sizes and colors, block colors have all been set up.
Whoever works on the new project grabs the required block from the Block Template library, and adds the content related to the current project.
If you want to "push" the course, you can email a copy of the template course to team members. Note that emailing a course will not include a custom label set. It will default to the English label set.
