Centralized save for business accounts

Hi All, 
Apologies if this has been asked and answered previously. 
Is there a way a module can be saved to a folder that allows access to all seat holders for a business account without locking it? 

There are 3 people on my team and if I need to access to modules they built and therefore 'own' I can't progress with the task. This problem has been exacerbated by vacation time being taken and  a need to update compliance modules in their absence.
