Certain group of courses not Publishing to Review 360

A new group within our company will be using Review 360 to collaborate on to make some updates. One of the admins sent me 16 courses that my team is going to edit. The first problem is that the dashboard tiles didn't come across, even though it shows a filename in its place. Second, and more importantly, When I went into any course (within that particular new batch) to "Publish to Review 360" -> Create a New item, I get the dreaded, "Something Went Wrong."

There is no explanation of who to contact or if there is something I need to do differently.  Help!!
