Change cmi.success_status and cmi.completion_status in SCORM file

Hi all, I have a module created from HQ. It was created in Adobe Animate and then exported out of an unknown tool to SCORM 2004 v3.  We do not have access to the authoring tool.

The LMS we use is not recognizing the cmi.success_status (Passed) and cmi.completion_status (Completed). Is there a way to modify files in the SCORM zip to have those be default once a user starts the course? We really just want to give them credit for completing the course if they start it.

We are getting Passed/Complete when testing in SCORMCloud and another LMS the company uses so we're just trying to figure out a workaround with this particular LMS execution.

    Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing.

    You've posted in the Articulate Storyline forum, but it sounds like this was originally created with Adobe Animate, correct?

    I'm sure we have some users here as well and they may be able to help you with this output, but I'd recommend reaching out in the Adobe forums as well.
