Change color of a shape when a user clicks a layer

Thank you so much, mate! Also, I noticed that the buttons and the ovals have been connected. Though it serves my purpose, I am curious if there is a way to change the first oval to blue when either of the six buttons is visited. Similarly, the first two ovals are changed to blue when any two buttons are visited, and so on. Thanks again for your help!
